Installation Procedures

From the time you place your order with Simplee Solar Ltd the Installation department will take over, to deliver a system you will be proud to own. You can tell your friends and family about the benefits of owning a Simplee Solar hot water system.

STEP ONE: Your order will be placed on our system. We will send you a letter confirming your order.

STEP TWO: You will be contacted by the survey department within 7-10 days of placing your order to arrange a convenient time and date for your survey to take place.

STEP THREE: The surveyor will look at all aspects of the property, including the airing cupboard, the loft and the position of the panels. At this point you will be able to raise any technical points that may be of concern to you.

STEP FOUR: Upon receipt of your technical survey your cylinder and parts will be ordered from our manufacturing plant.

STEP FIVE: You will be contacted by the roof installation department to arrange a convenient date and time to have your roof panels installed. It is possible that your cylinder and equipment will be delivered at this point, in preparation for the internal installation. You will be required to make payment for your roof installation. This can be paid to the installation team by cheque, cash or credit card.    

STEP SIX: You will be contacted by our installations department to arrange a date for the internal installation to take place. Weather and traffic permitting the installation team will arrive on site between 8am and 10am. They will install the cylinder, pipe work and control monitoring system. This may take up to 2 days, however, you will always be left with water overnight and we will kindly ask you to remove all linen from the areas that surrounding the installation. Upon completion you will be given a full explanation on the workings of the system. The installers will need to take readings from your gas and electricity meters. Once this is all completed and your final payment received your invoice, voucher book and Simplee Solar warranty will be posted to you.

The installation teams are authorised by Simplee Solar to collect outstanding balances by way of cheque, cash or credit card.

N.B During the winter period we may at times carry out the roof installation and internal link at the same time. If this is the case step 6 will overrule step 5.
